How the network fits together
Settlement hubs
Hubs in Geneva, Singapore, Nairobi and Panama City hold the IWB ledger for their region and settle between institutions in local time zones.
Regional outlets
Outlets receive settled funds and push them onward to beneficiary banks through each country's domestic payment system.
Partner banks
Banks on the network can receive funds from IWB wallets and send instructions to them, without correspondent chains.
Is your bank on the network?
Banks, central banks and agencies can apply to join as participants. Our team will walk you through onboarding.
